Therapeutic Massage & Holistic Healing in Fernandina Beach, FL
Welcome to Soul to Sole Massage Therapy & Energy Works, where massage is about more than simply working on the body—it's about caring for the whole person.
I'm Reima Reyes, a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist (MA55385) and Reiki Master with over 15 years of experience. My approach combines therapeutic massage, relaxation techniques, energy work and a variety of specialized modalities to create a personalized experience based on what your body and mind need at the moment.
Whether you're looking for relief from everyday tension, a deeply relaxing massage, therapeutic bodywork, or a more holistic healing experience, my goal is to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling restored.
Massage Therapy Tailored to You
Every body is different, and no two sessions need to be exactly alike. Your massage can be customized using techniques and modalities such as:
*Therapeutic Massage *Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage *Hot Stone Massage *Lomi Lomi Massage *Prenatal Massage *Craniosacral Therapy
*Reflexology *Manual Lymphatic Drainage *Table Thai *Reiki & Energy Healing
Whether your goal is relaxation, tension relief, self-care or simply taking a little time for yourself, your session is designed around you. A Holistic Approach to Healing
At Soul to Sole, I believe true wellness encompasses the body, mind and spirit. Along with massage therapy, I offer Reiki and energy work for those who are drawn to a more holistic approach to their well-being. These practices can be incorporated into your experience or enjoyed as a standalone service. My philosophy is simple: I don't just want to work on your body—I want to care for the whole person.
Meet Your Therapist
I'm Reima Reyes, a Licensed Massage Therapist who has been practicing since 2009. Over the years, I've continued to expand my education in massage and energy work, including Lomi Lomi, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Prenatal Massage and other holistic modalities. What I love most about this work is creating a space where people can let go of the outside world for a little while. My intention with every session is to help you quiet the noise, release physical tension, restore your energy and reconnect with your sense of well-being. Your Time to Reconnect. Whether you're a longtime massage client or experiencing holistic healing for the first time, you're welcome here. Take some time for yourself. Your body, mind and spirit deserve it.
